5456 Marine Grade Aluminum Plate Sheet
5456 marine grade aluminum plate sheet is aluminum-magnesium rust-proof aluminum plate, and the strength is equivalent to 5A03. It is Generally used for structural applications, it can be cold processed to produce higher strength, and when it is stored at a temperature higher than 65° C. for a long time, peeling and corrosion easily occur.
The common alloy number of our 5754 aluminum sheet are 5456-h116 h111 aluminum plate sheet.
5456 marine aluminum plates have higher strength than 5086 and 5083. They have similar characteristics, good machinability and weldability.
Product Features: anti-corrosion, Long width, easy to welding, small elastic modulus, easy processing, without low temperature brittleness as well as non-magnetic.

Alloy: 5456
Temper: O, H111. H112, H24, H32, H34, H36, H38
Dimensions: T(1.5-120) X W(1000-3100) X (1000-13000)mm
Certificate: BV /DNV /ABS/Lioyds
H24: Strain hardened and then partially annealed to half-hard condition.
H32: Strain hardened and stabilized by low temperature treat- ment which results in slightly less tensile strength and improved ductility.
H112: Temper is acquired from shaping processes not having special control over the amount of strain ahrdening or thermal treatment but for which mechanical property limits or testing is required.
5456 marine aluminum plate is a common high-speed ship material, such as yachts, fast ferries, etc. It is often used as the bottom plate of ships, and the side plates of ship-borne vessels.
