Marine grade aluminum 5052 plate sheet
5052 is the most representative alloy grade of 5000 series aluminum alloy. It is widely used, such as: construction, transportation, hardware, electrical enclosure, etc. It is also commonly used for marine aluminum alloy because of its excellent corrosion resistance and welding performance. .

Marine grade aluminum 5052 plate has the following characteristics:
1.It is resistant to marine atmospheric corrosion and can cope with the harsh marine environment.
2. Good cold workability and medium strength.
3. Marine grade aluminum 5052 sheet is a series of hot-rolled aluminum sheets that can be used for oxidative deep processing.
4. Good plasticity and good fatigue strength.

Marine grade aluminum 5052 plate process performance:
Formability
The hot state of the alloy is well shaped, and the forging and die forging temperature is 420-475 ° C, and the deformation rate is >80% thermal deformation in this temperature range. The cold stamping performance is related to the alloy state, and the cold stamping performance in the annealing (O) state is good, the H32 and H34 states are second, and the H36/H38 state is not good.

2. Welding performance
The alloy has good gas welding, arc welding, electric resistance welding, spot welding and seam welding, and tends to crystal crack during the argon arc welding. The brazing performance is good and the soldering performance is poor. The strength and plasticity of the weld are high, and the weld strength is 90% to 95% of the strength of the base metal. However, the airtightness of the weld is not high. It is recommended to use 5A03 alloy as the solder to improve the airtightness and eliminate the tendency of cracks.

3. Machining performance
The alloy has an inferior machinability in the annealed state and an improvement in the cold hardening state.

The marine grade aluminum 5052 sheet we produced has strict testing standards. The surface is not allowed to have cracks, corrosion spots and nitrate traces. The mechanical properties such as tensile strength and yield strength are in line with international standards.
